Malibu wine country is not on the coast. It is up in the Santa Monica Mountains, reached by Kanan, Mulholland and a set of canyon roads that are narrow, unlit after dark, and genuinely demanding sober. Four tastings in, they are not a road anyone should be driving.
A chauffeured tour solves the only real problem with the day. Everyone in the group gets the same afternoon, the driving is somebody else's job, and the car is waiting at every stop with your things still in it.

How long is a Malibu wine tour? +
Six hours is the standard and it covers four wineries comfortably with driving time between them. Four hours works for two stops if the day is tighter, and longer bookings are fine — the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for whatever you book.

Are tasting fees included in the price? +
No. Your booking covers the vehicle, the chauffeur and the driving. Tasting fees, reservations and anything you buy are paid directly at each venue. We keep it that way because winery pricing changes constantly and we would rather quote you accurately on our part than guess at theirs.

Do we need reservations at the wineries? +
Usually yes, especially at weekends — most Malibu tasting rooms now require them and some sell out well ahead. Book your slots first, then tell us the times and we'll build the driving around them.

Can we change the route? +
Yes. What's listed is our most-requested route, not a fixed package. Tell us which wineries you want and we'll sequence the driving to cover them in the fewest miles, which matters more than it sounds on canyon roads.

What about the Wine Safari at Saddlerock? +
It has to be pre-booked separately and directly with them — we can't reserve it on your behalf. Book it, tell us your slot, and we'll time the rest of the day around it.

How many people can come? +
One to fourteen. Above seven, a Sprinter is almost always the better day — one vehicle means the group reaches each winery together instead of in three separate arrivals, and it's usually cheaper than multiple cars.

Can we bring wine we've bought back in the car? +
Yes, and most groups do. Purchases stay in the vehicle for the rest of the day. California law governs open containers in vehicles — sealed bottles are fine, and we'll tell you exactly where the line sits if you ask at booking.

Where do you pick up from? +
Anywhere in Greater Los Angeles. Most tours start from the Westside, the Valley or a hotel, but we'll collect from any address. Tell us the pickup point at booking and the quote covers the full day from there.
