Two Venues, One Set of Streets
The Peacock Theater sits inside L.A. Live, sharing its streets and garages with Crypto.com Arena next door and the Convention Center across the way. On a night when more than one of them has an event, Downtown parking is both expensive and slow, and Figueroa afterwards barely moves.

Is the Peacock Theater the same as the Microsoft Theater? +
Yes — same venue, renamed. It opened as the Nokia Theatre, became the Microsoft Theater, and was renamed the Peacock Theater in 2023. Your ticket may say any of the three depending on when it was issued. The address at L.A. Live hasn't changed.

What if the show runs long? +
Awards ceremonies and tapings here overrun regularly. On an hourly booking that's a non-issue — your chauffeur waits and the rate was agreed before you went in. On a round-trip booking, call or text and we'll move the collection if a vehicle is free.

How does traffic work with Crypto.com Arena next door? +
They share the same streets and garages. When both have events the same night, Downtown is carrying far more traffic than either would alone. We check what's on at both before setting your pickup time.

Yes, and it's one of the most common bookings here. The restaurants are steps from the theatre. Book hourly and the same car covers dinner, the show and the ride home.

Do you offer pick-up only service from the Peacock Theater? +
No. We don't run pick-up only service to venues. Post-event pickup zones are controlled and congested, and a chauffeur who wasn't there for the drop-off has no reliable way to reach you in a crowd. Book round-trip or hourly instead — both include the ride home.

How does the pickup after the event work? +
Your chauffeur agrees a specific meeting point with you at drop-off, deliberately away from the main exit crush. After the event you go to that point rather than trying to describe your location by text. On an hourly booking the chauffeur is already waiting there.

Should I book round-trip or hourly? +
Round-trip is the more affordable option and works well when you'll stay for the whole event. Hourly costs more but keeps the chauffeur on location the entire time, so you can leave whenever you want — worth it if you plan to beat the exit or the evening might run long.

Do you charge extra for sold-out events? +
No. Your rate is quoted and locked when you book, and it doesn't change for a sold-out show, a playoff game or a holiday. That's the main structural difference between us and a ride-share app on an event night.
