Pick By What Has To Fit
Almost every booking comes down to two numbers: how many people, and how many bags. Start there and the vehicle picks itself.
Mercedes-Benz E 350
Three seats and three bags. The right call for a solo traveller, a couple, or two colleagues with carry-ons. Quicker through LA traffic and cheaper than putting two people in an SUV.
Book the E 350Cadillac Escalade ESV
Six seats and four bags, in the extended-length ESV. What people ask for by name when the arrival matters — premieres, client pickups, anniversaries. Full-size, not a compact crossover.
Book an EscaladeChevrolet Suburban or Sprinter
The Suburban adds a seventh seat and a fifth bag over the Escalade. Past seven people, the Sprinter takes fourteen with the largest luggage hold we run.
Book the Larger VehiclesEvery Vehicle, One Standard
The fleet is deliberately small. Four vehicles, each kept for a reason, each maintained to the same standard rather than whatever a subcontractor happens to send. When you book a Suburban you get a Suburban — not a similar vehicle, not a partner operator's car.
Pricing works the same way across all four. Your rate is quoted from the addresses before you book and locked when you confirm. It does not move for traffic, holidays or demand.

Four Vehicles, No Substitutions
You book a specific vehicle and that is the vehicle that arrives. If something mechanical takes one off the road we tell you before the day, not at the curb.
-
💼
Owned and Maintained, Not Brokered
These are our cars on our TCP licences. A lot of operators take the booking and farm it out — which is why the vehicle that turns up sometimes bears no resemblance to the one on the website.

👶
Child Seats Free in Every Vehicle
Infant, toddler and booster seats, installed before your chauffeur arrives, at no charge. Tell us the ages at booking and we will fit the right ones.

One Flat Rate Per Vehicle
Quoted from the addresses, locked at confirmation. No surge, no hourly creep on point-to-point runs, no airport surcharge invented after the fact.

Flight Tracking on Every Airport Run
Whatever the vehicle, we watch the inbound flight and move the pickup with it. Delays and early arrivals are our problem to solve, not yours.

Four Vehicles, Three to Fourteen Seats
Passenger and luggage figures below are what each vehicle actually carries with everyone seated comfortably — not the manufacturer's maximum.
Cadillac Escalade ESV
The one people ask for by name. Six passengers, four bags, and presence at the curb.
6 Passengers · 4 Bags
Chevrolet Suburban
One more seat and one more bag than the Escalade. The airport workhorse.
7 Passengers · 5 Bags
Mercedes-Benz E 350
The default for one or two passengers. Quiet, quick through traffic, easy on fuel.
3 Passengers · 3 Bags
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Where the SUVs stop. Fourteen seats and the largest luggage hold we run.
14 Passengers · 6-8 BagsServices These Vehicles Run
Fleet Questions
Mostly about sizing. If you are not sure which vehicle fits your group and luggage, call and we will size it with you in a minute.
☎ (213) 471-2828-
How many passengers and bags does each vehicle take? +
The Mercedes-Benz E 350 takes 3 passengers and 3 bags. The Cadillac Escalade ESV takes 6 passengers and 4 bags. The Chevrolet Suburban takes 7 passengers and 5 bags. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes 14 passengers and 6 to 8 bags.
Those are real working figures with everyone seated comfortably and luggage in the back, not the manufacturer's theoretical maximum.
-
What is the difference between the Escalade and the Suburban? +
One seat and one bag. The Suburban takes 7 passengers and 5 bags; the Escalade takes 6 and 4. Both are full-size SUVs on the same V8 platform.
People choose the Escalade when the arrival matters and the Suburban when the luggage does. If you are at seven passengers, or close to it with bags, book the Suburban.
-
Can I request a specific vehicle? +
Yes, and it is the vehicle that arrives. Choose it in the booking form or tell us on the phone. We do not substitute without telling you first.
-
Do you charge extra for an SUV over a sedan? +
The rate differs by vehicle because the vehicles differ, but it is quoted to you before you book and locked when you confirm. There is no surcharge added later and no surge pricing at any time.
-
Are child seats available in every vehicle? +
Yes, in all four, at no extra charge. Infant, toddler and booster seats are installed before your chauffeur arrives. Give us the ages at booking so we fit the right ones.
-
What if my group is larger than fourteen? +
We run multiple vehicles on the same reservation, dispatched together so the group arrives together. Call and we will put the combination together with you.
