Private Car Service to the Dolby Theatre

Two Ways to Book, Both Round-Trip
We don't run pick-up only service to venues. Hollywood Boulevard is congested at the best of times and closed outright for major events, so a driver who wasn't there for the drop-off can't reach you. Both options below solve that.
Round-Trip Drop & Collect
We drop you at the theatre and return at a pre-arranged time and meeting point. The affordable option, and it works because the pickup spot is agreed before doors.
Book Round-TripHourly — Chauffeur Waits
Your chauffeur stays on location for the whole show. Leave whenever you like, and coats stay in the car rather than a cloakroom queue.
Book Hourly ServiceCeremony & After-Parties
Attending an awards show rather than a concert? Arrival lanes are credentialed and the parties run late. See our dedicated awards-night service.

Hollywood Boulevard Is Not a Normal Street
The Dolby sits in the Hollywood and Highland complex, on the busiest tourist block in Los Angeles. Even on an ordinary evening the boulevard moves badly, the garage is shared with a shopping centre and a Metro station, and the walk from a distant space is through crowds. For major events the street closes altogether.
A booked car handles all of it. Fixed price agreed before you leave, dropped as close to the entrance as access allows that night, and collected at a point set in advance rather than found on a packed sidewalk.

🚦
No Surge on Event Nights
Your rate is locked when you book. A residency night, a premiere or an awards evening doesn't change it — which is exactly when Hollywood pricing spikes.
-
🚪
Dropped as Close as Access Allows
Which approach works depends entirely on what's on that night. Your chauffeur uses the one that's open rather than the one an app suggests.
-
💰
No Hollywood & Highland Garage
The complex garage is shared with a shopping centre and empties slowly. On a booked car it stops being a cost and stops being a walk.
-
🎭
Coats and Bags Stay in the Car
No cloakroom queue at intermission and nothing to carry along the boulevard. On an hourly booking the vehicle is yours for the evening.
-
👥
One to Fourteen Passengers
A couple in a sedan or fourteen in a Sprinter. One vehicle keeps a group together instead of split across three cars arriving at three different gates.

What Actually Happens on Show Night
Hollywood and Highland is the busiest block in the city before you add an event.
Street Access Changes by Event
Hollywood Boulevard is partly or fully closed for major events, and the closures reach further out than most people expect. We plan the approach around what's actually happening that night.
The Pickup Point Is Agreed Before You Go In
Your chauffeur sets a specific meeting point at drop-off, chosen away from the tourist crowds that fill this block regardless of whether there's a show on.
Arrive Earlier Than the Map Says
Even without an event, this stretch of Hollywood moves slowly all evening. We build the drive from your start time and live conditions rather than an average.
Awards Nights Are a Different Service
If you're attending an awards ceremony rather than a concert, arrival lanes are credentialed and timed to the minute and the parties run to dawn. That's covered separately on our awards-night page.
Pick Your Vehicle
Every vehicle is clean, climate controlled, and stocked with chilled water. Formalwear is easier in an SUV with a high roofline — worth considering.
Cadillac Escalade ESV
The default for this venue. High roofline, easy entry in formalwear, six passengers.
Up to 6 Passengers
Mercedes Sprinter Van
Fourteen seats with stand-up room. One vehicle for a group or a party.
Up to 14 Passengers
Mercedes-Benz E-Class
Discreet and understated for one or two. The classic arrival vehicle.
Up to 3 Passengers
Chevy Suburban
Seven seats. The pick for a group slightly too large for one Escalade.
Up to 7 PassengersEvery Venue We Serve
Stadiums, arenas and theatres across Los Angeles and Orange County. Same booking model at all of them.

☎ (213) 471-2828-
How close can you drop off at the Dolby Theatre? +
As close as access allows that night, which varies more here than at most venues. Hollywood Boulevard is partly or fully closed for major events. Your chauffeur uses whichever approach is actually open rather than the obvious one.
-
Do you handle awards ceremonies at the Dolby? +
Yes, but it's a different service. Awards nights involve credentialed, timed arrival lanes and parties running to dawn, so we handle those on our dedicated awards-night page rather than as a standard venue booking.
-
Is parking difficult at Hollywood and Highland? +
The complex garage is shared with a shopping centre and a Metro station and empties slowly after a show. It's also a walk through one of the most crowded tourist blocks in the city. A booked car removes both.
-
Which vehicle works best in formalwear? +
An SUV, for most people. A high roofline is considerably easier to get in and out of in a gown than a low sedan. Tell us what you're wearing at booking and we'll advise.
-
Do you offer pick-up only service from the Dolby Theatre? +
No. We don't run pick-up only service to venues. Post-event pickup zones are controlled and congested, and a chauffeur who wasn't there for the drop-off has no reliable way to reach you in a crowd. Book round-trip or hourly instead — both include the ride home.
-
How does the pickup after the event work? +
Your chauffeur agrees a specific meeting point with you at drop-off, deliberately away from the main exit crush. After the event you go to that point rather than trying to describe your location by text. On an hourly booking the chauffeur is already waiting there.
-
Should I book round-trip or hourly? +
Round-trip is the more affordable option and works well when you'll stay for the whole event. Hourly costs more but keeps the chauffeur on location the entire time, so you can leave whenever you want — worth it if you plan to beat the exit or the evening might run long.
-
Do you charge extra for sold-out events? +
No. Your rate is quoted and locked when you book, and it doesn't change for a sold-out show, a playoff game or a holiday. That's the main structural difference between us and a ride-share app on an event night.
