We don't run pick-up only service to the Bowl. Highland Avenue after a concert is gridlocked in both directions and a driver who wasn't there for the drop-off cannot reach the gates. Both options below solve that.

Stacked Parking Is Exactly What It Sounds Like
Most Hollywood Bowl parking is stacked — cars are parked bumper to bumper in lanes, and you leave when the cars in front of you leave, not when you want to. Combine that with a single main artery in and out on Highland, seventeen thousand people, and a picnic hamper to carry, and the drive becomes the worst part of a very good evening.
A booked car skips all of it. Dropped at the gate with your picnic, collected at an agreed point, and free to leave whenever you like rather than whenever the car three rows ahead of you decides to move.

Arrive Earlier Than the Ticket Says
People come for the picnic, not just the music, and the grounds fill long before the downbeat. Traffic on Highland builds accordingly. We set the pickup from your start time and live conditions rather than a map estimate.
The Pickup Point Is Agreed Before You Go In
Your chauffeur sets a specific meeting point at drop-off, chosen to be reachable when Highland is full. Phone signal in the Bowl area is unreliable on a packed night, which is exactly why this is arranged in advance.
Leaving Early Is a Real Advantage Here
Because most parking is stacked, everyone else leaves on someone else's schedule. On an hourly booking you can leave during the encore and be down the hill before the lot has moved at all.

What is stacked parking at the Hollywood Bowl? +
Cars are parked bumper to bumper in lanes rather than in individual spaces, so you can only leave once the cars ahead of you have gone. It means your departure time isn't yours to choose. A booked car avoids the arrangement entirely.

Can we bring a picnic and wine? +
Yes — it's part of the Bowl experience and one of the main reasons people book a car here. Hampers, coolers, wine and blankets travel in the vehicle and go straight to the gate. On an hourly booking, whatever you don't carry in stays in the car.

Can we leave before the end to beat traffic? +
On an hourly booking, yes, and it makes a bigger difference here than almost anywhere. Leaving during the encore means you're down Highland before the stacked lots have moved at all.

Is this better than the park-and-ride shuttle? +
Different product. The shuttle is cheaper; a private car drops you at the gate, carries your picnic, and leaves when you decide. If you're bringing food and wine for a group, the car usually wins on practicality alone.

Do you offer pick-up only service from the Hollywood Bowl? +
No. We don't run pick-up only service to venues. Post-event pickup zones are controlled and congested, and a chauffeur who wasn't there for the drop-off has no reliable way to reach you in a crowd. Book round-trip or hourly instead — both include the ride home.

How does the pickup after the event work? +
Your chauffeur agrees a specific meeting point with you at drop-off, deliberately away from the main exit crush. After the event you go to that point rather than trying to describe your location by text. On an hourly booking the chauffeur is already waiting there.

Should I book round-trip or hourly? +
Round-trip is the more affordable option and works well when you'll stay for the whole event. Hourly costs more but keeps the chauffeur on location the entire time, so you can leave whenever you want — worth it if you plan to beat the exit or the evening might run long.

Do you charge extra for sold-out events? +
No. Your rate is quoted and locked when you book, and it doesn't change for a sold-out show, a playoff game or a holiday. That's the main structural difference between us and a ride-share app on an event night.
