The single most common problem in ground transportation is a vehicle that is technically big enough and practically is not. A sedan seats three, but three people with airline luggage do not fit in one, and nobody discovers this until the trunk is open on the curb at LAX.

How many passengers and bags fit in your SUVs? +
The Cadillac Escalade ESV takes six passengers with a full airline luggage load. The Chevrolet Suburban takes seven. Both are the extended-length versions with cargo space behind the third row, so nobody is holding a bag on the drive.

Are these full-size SUVs or crossovers? +
Full-size. Escalade ESV and Suburban, not the compact crossovers some operators list as SUVs. It matters — a compact SUV seats five and loses most of its cargo space the moment the third row is up.

Do you provide child seats? +
Yes, at no extra charge — infant, toddler and booster. Request the type at booking and your chauffeur will have it installed and ready. An SUV is the easiest vehicle to fit one in properly.

What if my group is bigger than seven? +
Then a Sprinter is the right vehicle. It seats up to 14 with luggage in one vehicle, which is almost always better than splitting a group across two SUVs. Call us and we'll size it.

Can you carry golf clubs, skis or equipment? +
Yes, and we do it constantly. Clubs, board bags, instrument cases and production equipment all travel in these vehicles. Tell us what's coming at booking so we can confirm the fit before the day rather than at the curb.

Is an SUV more expensive than a sedan? +
Usually somewhat, since it is a larger vehicle. But if your group would otherwise need two sedans, one SUV is generally the cheaper answer as well as the simpler one. Both are quoted flat before you book, so you can compare.

Can I book an SUV by the hour? +
Yes. Hourly keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for the whole booking — useful for a day with several stops, or when you want the luggage to stay in the car between them.
