What is the difference between booking hourly and point-to-point? +
Point-to-point is one flat price between two addresses — the right choice when you know both ends. Hourly keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with you for as long as you book, which is better when the day has several stops or a schedule that might move. Touring, evenings and wine tours are almost always hourly.

Do you charge more at peak times or on holidays? +
No. Your rate is quoted before you book and locked when you confirm. It does not change for traffic, time of day, holidays or demand — which is the main structural difference between us and an app.

How far in advance should I book? +
As early as you can for a specific vehicle or a high-demand date. Awards nights and holiday weekends book out well ahead. Same-day and short-notice bookings are welcome too and we take them constantly.

What areas do you serve? +
All of Greater Los Angeles and Orange County — Malibu to Newport Beach, the Valley to the South Bay. Long trips between counties are quoted flat, which is where metered pricing hurts most.

How many passengers can you carry? +
One to fourteen in a single vehicle. A sedan seats three, an Escalade ESV six, a Suburban seven, and a Mercedes Sprinter fourteen with luggage. Larger groups go out as several vehicles on one coordinated booking.

Do you provide child seats? +
Yes, at no extra charge — infant, toddler and booster. Request the type at booking and your chauffeur will have it installed and ready before pickup.

Do you handle airport transfers as well? +
