A Real Car Service, Not an App
Ride-hailing solved the cheap end of the market and broke everything above it. You cannot book a car for next Tuesday at 6am. You cannot be sure who turns up. The price you are quoted is not the price you pay if traffic gets bad or demand spikes.

What is the difference between private car service and a ride-share? +
Price certainty and who shows up. Your rate is quoted and locked before you book rather than calculated at the end, so traffic and demand don't change it. The chauffeur is a vetted commercial driver assigned to your trip, and you can book weeks out for a specific time — none of which a ride-hailing app is built to do.

Do you charge by the hour or by the trip? +
Both, and you choose. Point-to-point is one flat price between two addresses. Hourly keeps the car and chauffeur with you for as long as you book, which is the better option when the day involves multiple stops or a schedule that might move.

Is the price really fixed? +
Yes. Your quote is built from the addresses, the vehicle and any stops or hourly time you add, and it is locked when you confirm. It does not move for traffic, time of day, holidays or demand. Tolls, parking and gratuity are the only things handled separately.

How far in advance should I book? +
As early as you can for a specific vehicle or a peak date, but same-day and short-notice bookings are welcome and we take them constantly. Someone is on dispatch 24 hours a day.

All of Greater Los Angeles and Orange County — Malibu to Newport Beach, the Valley to the South Bay, and everything in between. Long trips between counties are quoted flat, which is where metered pricing hurts most.

Can I request the same chauffeur each time? +
Where scheduling allows, yes. Regular and corporate clients often work with the same chauffeur, and it makes a real difference once someone knows your routes and preferences. Ask when you book and we'll do our best to hold them.

Yes. Monthly invoicing, cost centre coding, standing bookings and a named contact on our side. Useful once you are booking more than a few trips a month or arranging travel for other people.

What is included in the price? +
The vehicle, the chauffeur, the driving, bottled water and a child seat if you need one. Tolls and parking are billed at cost. Gratuity is not included — you can add it when booking or hand it to your chauffeur.
